Body Templates
WebEd supports dynamic body templates to keep content consistent.
Page contents are continuously created and updated by content editors. To transmit a certain branding message, it is required to adapt or use variations of layouts. This procedure, however, is time-consuming and difficult.
WebEd simplifies the tedious process of constantly changing layouts by the use of body templates, ultimately making the job easier and more efficient.
All body templates, documents and content assets are accessible online from our ready-made database of templates, or locally on the website. Editors simply need to select the template fit for their page content.
Simple, and convenient.
How do I use body templates?
Initial body templates will be defined as part of your new website set-up by Interactive Partners. These templates can be easily modified, copied and created by site administrators. When a new page is created, the body area of the page is populated with the template defined for that section.
You can choose to create further templates for different sections of your website. For example, you may set up a different body template for the FAQ pages with different background colours and table layouts.
